I never once was disappointed or ever had to wait for a response. You were always (and still are) there to answer any questions and take care of our requests, no matter how small or big they were. Nothing was a problem for you or the builder, Elliott Custom Homes. How refreshing and wonderful to know that customer service and quality are still around, and Granite Heights proves that with every home that they build.

We can't thank you enough for always being there for us and building such a beautiful home. We couldn’t be happier. Please send a special "thanks" to all the workers who were polite, conscientious and extremely accommodating.

Jeff:
As promised, your work crew arrived at my unit at 8:00AM yesterday and proceeded to work on the punch list. I was going to watch each repair they did but there were so many workers that I could not keep up, so I basically stayed out of their way. Each specialist accomplished their respective repairs in a most professional manner and kept their work areas clean. I also found no dust residue at all in my unit. When they were all finished, I walked around with Mark and my checklist. Everything on the punch list that they were to work on was completed.

I want to commend you and your crew for the excellent attention that I received and can only believe that you approach every unit with the same courtesy, quality and professionalism that I experienced yesterday. As Eliot has told me several times, “we will make things right.” Again thanks.
